Property Description
Located on one of Parkfairfax's quietest and most coveted streets, this spacious 930 sq ft home has been lovingly cared for and updated. Holmes Lane is a one way street with ample parking at your doorstep and just a short stroll from multiple pools, tennis courts, and the pedestrian bridge to Shirlington Village. Updated windows provide year around comfort and tons of natural light throughout this home. The kitchen has been opened up and updated. Brand new combination washer/dryer, stainless appliances, and solid surface countertops provide an elegant and timeless design. Stunning hardwood floors throughout the home add to the charm and appeal of the home. No details have been overlooked- bathroom fan and range fan are both vented directly outside which is not common in Parkfairfax. Bathroom was renovated in April 2026. Parkfairfax residents may enjoy the use of eight tennis courts, two volleyball courts, three swimming pools, a basketball court, and a fitness center. You're just a short stroll from Shirlington which offers some of the areas favorite restaurants, the Signature Theater, AMC Movie Theater, Harris Teeter, CVS, and multiple options for coffee, juices, and breakfast. Best of all- this is a commuters dream with DASH and Metro Bus entering the HOV lanes going directly to the Pentagon. Bike trails, 395, and route 1 offer additional commuting options. DCA is just a few minutes away as well.
